Kamal Morar, MD, MBA

Dr. Morar is a board-certified Interventional Radiologist who received his training at the Cleveland Clinic. With over twenty years of clinical practice and more than 30,000 image-guided procedures performed, he specializes in minimally invasive, catheter-based treatments. His expertise, notably in embolization techniques, allows for the treatment of complex vascular issues relating to frozen shoulder within the body using advanced imaging techniques.

In dealing with frozen shoulder, Dr. Morar employs these precision-based methods to enhance diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of related conditions. His proficiency in embolization and vascular therapies supports focused treatment strategies that aim to decrease complications, hasten recovery, and lessen the requirement for more invasive surgical interventions.

Dr. Morar has a deep dedication to the progress of interventional radiology, being one of the early physicians in the U.S. to publish research on embolization techniques back in 2005. Over 18 years have been spent developing and managing outpatient interventional radiology practices in Ohio, and he continues his contributions to the field through education, serving as part-time faculty at the University of Cincinnati, and offering clinical services at regional hospitals.

Aside from his clinical endeavors, Dr. Morar actively participates in global healthcare initiatives. He aids in building medical infrastructure and broadening access to interventional radiology services in underserved areas. As a lifetime member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, he has contributed to multiple educational committees focused on raising awareness about minimally invasive treatment options.
